Sweet Garlic Chili Sauce
Two varieties available, spring green and fall red. Green is made in late spring using garlic scapes and three varieties of roasted green chiles. Red is made in late summer using the bulb of the garlic and the same three varieties chiles that have been allowed to ripen fully. Both sauces are extremely flavorful, with just the right amount of heat.
